Life as a soccer ball

My life is pretty boring

except when someone is kicking 

I am a tool in a game called soccer

my life could be better

I could be a piece of artwork 

that people see every day

I could be used as a circus ball

 which clowns like to play

I may be many colors and sizes

but my life is down in the dumps

until a young soccer player kicks me and says

I will score a goal today
